PEBBLE BEACH -Jason Schmuhl, PGA Head Professional at Windsor Golf Club, claimed the 2015 NCPGA Match Play Championship Wednesday.
Schmuhl won in 20 holes in the final round at Pebble Beach Golf Links, defeating Joe Moulton, PGA Director of Golf at Morgan Creek Golf Club. The semifinal round was also played in Pebble Beach at Cypress Point Club.
Schmuhl is a PGA Class A Professional with 18 years of teaching experience. He was the Player of the Year in 2008 and 2010. He has played in nine PGA Tour events including the 2010 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits and the 2013 Reno Tahoe Open. He holds three course records including his recent 62 at Windsor Golf Club.
Joe Moulton has been in the PGA since 2007. He has worked at Cameron Park Country Club, Ancil Hoffman, Wildhorse and Morgan Creek
