Bear Cubs Weekly Report
Bear Cub Women’s Soccer have tied 4 straight BIG 8 Conference games now after two more last week. They have 2 games this week to try to get back on top of the BIG 8 Standings.
Read this week’s spotlight on Lexi Martinez. After losing her Mother to cancer, she graduated from high school and found SRJC is the right place for her. “Going to the JC was the best decision I’ve made after I graduated. I can still live at home, and do what I love while I figure out what I want my career to be.”

Bear Cub Men’s Soccer is on a roll!

They won 2 games last week, 4-0 over Folsom and 3-1 over Delta, now making it 7 straight wins! Chris Ochoa scored 5 of the 7 total goals and Wilson Briggs scored the other 2 goals. Bear Cubs play at home Friday 11/4 against Folsom Lake.

#2 Bear Cub Football Rolled Diablo Valley College 44-3 last Saturday

Bear Cubs stellar defense gave up the DVC only score, a field goal, in the 2nd quarter. Kerr Johnson had 2 receiving touchdowns. Ben Putman led the receiving core with 5 catches for 100 yards. Kicker Andros Pedroza had an impressive night with 3 field goals, a 35 yarder in the 1st, 33 yarder in the 4 and a long 46 yarder in the 4th as well.
